Sourdough Naan
- ingredients for about 12 naan
- 125g sourdough starter
- 150g milk
- 60g yogurt
- 15g olive oil
- 7g salt
- 300g flour
- ingredients for 9
- 90g starter
- 110g milk
- 45g yogurt
- 12g olive oil
- 5g salt
- 225g flour
- instructions
- mix the ingredients
- let sit for a while for the flour to hydrate, hour, two hours
- mix some more until everything looks pretty well incorporated
- in the evening place in the fridge
- the next morning take out
- I try to make 12 from this amount
- cut the dough in half
- then once again
- now each quarter into 3 similarly sized pieces
- roll into a ball between your palms
- flour both sides
- roll flat
- fry on one side until done, then flip
