Honey Cake

- 120g flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
- 0.25 tsp baking soda
- wet
- 150g butter, room temp
- 50g greek yogurt
- 4 eggs, room temp
- 100g light brown Muscovado sugar
- 80ml/~100g honey,
- in a bowl combine the dry ingredients
- in a separate bowl, use a mixer to combine butter, sugar, and honey
- then add the eggs one at a time, mixing in between
- then pour in the dry ingredients
- pour the mixture in some kind of a baking vessel, something like a 26cm/10in tart pan
- bake for about 35-40 minutes at 160°C
