Apple Cobbler ¶

- apples
- 80g brown sugar
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
- 4g cinnamon
- juice from half a lemon
- topping
- 180g flour
- 80g sugar
- 2tsp/10g baking powder
- 75g butter, melted
- 100g buttermilk
- filling
- instructions
- peel and slice apples
- dissolve cornstarch in small amount of water
- mix all the filling’s ingredients and pour into a baking dish
- mix the ingredients for the topping
- cover the baking dish with dollops of the batter
- bake for 45 min to 1h at 175°C
