Muffins

• for 12 standard sized muffins
• ingredients
  • 210g flour
  • 85g of sugar
  • 10g of baking powder
  • 6g of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of butter

      • 100ml of milk

      • ~200g of blueberries
      • 75dl of milk
    • orange
      • orange zest
      • 1dl of orange juice
    • chocolate chip
      • chocolate chips
      • 100ml of milk
• instructions
  • heat up the butter
  • beat the eggs and mix with butter
  • mix flour, sugar, baking powder
  • mix the liquids with dry ingredients
  • measure into 12 muffin forms
  • bake at 175°C for ~20min
