Plum Torte
- ingredients
- batter
- 100-125g butter
- 125g sugar + some to sprinkle on top
- 125g flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- a dozen or so plums
- 1/2 lemon
- cinnamon powder
- batter
- instructions
- with room temp butter
- cream butter and sugar
- add flour, baking powder, salt, 2 eggs
- mix
- with melted butter
- mix all the ingredients for the batter
- pour to a pan
- add the fruit
- top with sugar, cinnamon, and juice from half a smaller lemon
- bake at 175°C for about an hour
- with room temp butter
